Do you take walk-ins?
Yes — when a chair is open, it's yours. That said, evenings and Saturdays fill fast, so booking is the only way to guarantee a time. If you walk in during a rush, we'll give you an honest wait estimate up front.

How do I book an appointment?
Tap any "Book Your Cut" button on this site to see live availability and pick your barber and time. Prefer the phone? Call us during shop hours and we'll set it up. You'll get a confirmation and a reminder before your appointment.

What if I'm not sure what style to ask for?
That's what the consultation is for. Every service starts with a couple of minutes in the chair talking through your hair, your routine, and what you're after. Bring a photo if you have one — or just tell us how you want it to feel.

What payment do you accept?
All major cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Tips can go on the card or in the barber's hand — either is appreciated, neither is required to get our best work.

Do you cut kids' hair?
We do — ages 12 and under get their own service at a lower rate, and our barbers are patient with first-timers. Weekday afternoons are the calmest time to bring younger kids in.

What's your cancellation policy?
Life happens — just give us 4 hours' notice so another client can take the slot. Same-day no-shows may be asked to prepay for their next booking. Running late? Call us; we can usually hold your chair for 10 minutes.
